Terms of Trade
The company Written Perspectives is authorised to act on behalf of the Huggies Bookclub in relation to the sale of all items on this website. Every sale transaction is conducted by Written Perspectives who are responsible for fulfilling all orders.

Supply of orders.
Goods are supplied and billed under contract by Written Perspectives Pty Ltd (WP) subject to an order from the customer, and are supplied subject to availability. WP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to supply. Back orders which are out of stock but which are expected to be available at a future date will be recorded by WP for later supply unless the customer otherwise instructs WP in writing.
Recommended retail price
(Regular price). WP will determine the regular price of each of their goods based on the publisher’s recommended retail price and may vary any regular price from time to time without notice. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged to the customer where applicable.
Delivery dates.
All orders are despatched within 5-7 working days. If there are any unforseen delays we will contact you to keep you informed.
Freight.
For delivery within Australia and New Zealand there is a flat fee of $5.00.
Shortages.
All claims for shortages must be received by WP no later than 7 days after delivery and must specify the relevant invoice number(s) and the details of the shortage. WP is not liable for claims received later than 7 days from delivery date.
Damaged goods.
WP will replace, subject to availability (freight free), damaged or defective goods which are returned to WP. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced or credited only if WP is notified of the damage within 7 days of the delivery date.
Invoices/price.
All goods are invoiced at the stated member price or at an agreed net price. Currency Prices are expressed in Australian currency, unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms
The Customer must pay in full for goods supplied by WP prior to the receipt of goods.
General copyright.
The Customer acknowledges that the goods supplied under these Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to copyright protection under the laws of Australia. Waiver A Failure by WP to exercise its rights under these Terms and Conditions or to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a continuing or future waiver of any of its rights. Force Majeure If WP is prevented from or delayed in complying with any obligation under these Terms and Conditions of sale by anything which is beyond the reasonable control of WP, that obligation will be suspended during the time that WP is affected.
Errors and Inaccuracies.
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
