returns and refunds
 

We accept returns on all ranged goods sold and offer a refund or exchange up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please note there is no refund or exchange available on 'special customer orders'. Any books returned for refund need to be in mint saleable condition. If books are not in a saleable condition a refund will not be processed. A refund is not available if any seals are broken i.e. plastic wrap, seals on CD components, DVD's, puzzles etc.

Gifts
Goods received as a gift may only be exchanged.

Postage
Refund does not include postage charge unless incorrect goods have been supplied.
